Bal-consulting Management Inc. has the resources to provide both technical support for complex criminal litigation and forensic experts.
A full and fair defense is vitally important for criminal defendants who are already condemned in the court of public opinion, and unfairly maligned by pre-trial publicity. Political and moral problems, outside the legal process, threaten the individual rights of such people. This challenges defense counsel to both provide first rate representation and to obtain the necessary resources. In the majority of high profile trials, the difference between excellent and average representation is the availability of resources such as forensic experts and technical professionals. Bal-consulting Management Inc. has the resources to provide both technical support for complex criminal litigation and forensic experts. The presentation of forensic science evidence is often the turning point in a criminal trial, but many attorneys lack the time and knowledge to line up the expert witnesses and trial consultants needed. Bal-consulting Management Inc. recommends and makes arrangements for the precisely the correct expert witnesses and litigation consultants that counsel needs to facilitate the best result possible.
